Neopost Loop One has acquired MOS International
We are pleased to announce an important step forward in the strengthening of our shipping systems business, effective Feb 1, 2008.
Neopost Loop One, a Neopost Group company based in Austin, TX, has acquired MOS International Inc’s mail and shipping automation software business. The software is used to automate mailing and shipping departments and includes mail accounting and multi-carrier shipping modules. MOS has been a long-time OEM supplier to Hasler Inc, a Neopost Group company based in Milford, CT.
Neopost Loop One provides its customers with Web-based shipping solutions that
streamline shipping, improve supply chain performance, enhance logistics, and
significantly lower shipping costs.
Steve Harris, until now President of MOS, joins Neopost Loop One as its President.
Together with several other MOS employees, he will relocate to Austin, TX. Steve
will report to Enno Ebels, Solutions Group Director based in Bagneux, France. We
look forward to Steve and team bringing their domain expertise and excellent
customer focus to their new assignment.
The merging of the MOS software business into Neopost Loop One solidifies the
Solutions Competence Center that Neopost Group has established in Austin.
We would like to welcome the MOS team into Neopost Loop One and the Neopost
Group family, and wish all employees continued success.
