Neopost Loop One Issues New Version of eShipping

Updated Web-Based Shipping Solution includes a More Robust "Address Import Wizard" and PDF Labels

Austin, TX — February 18, 2007 Neopost Loop One, the leader in intelligent Web-based shipping solutions that deliver greater efficiency and substantial cost savings, today announced the new release of eShipping, its flagship product and the industry's leading multi-featured, intelligent, and cost-effective Web-based shipping application. The new release includes an enhanced Address Import Wizard for easier and faster address importing into eShipping's address database, and Adobe® PDF labels in Internet Explorer 7.

eShipping's new Address Import Wizard simplifies and accelerates address updates, allowing companies to ship parcels to new addresses faster. The new functionality also proactively assists users with several address importing tasks including: helping determine the type of file they are importing; suggesting how to align required address fields; allowing previews of imported data; simplifying error message explanations; and allowing corrections to be made before importing new addresses. New addresses are verified against a CASS-certified (Coding Accuracy Support System) address database from the U.S. Postal Service.

eShipping's new version also provides users of Internet Explorer 7 with PDF shipping labels for greater shipping flexibility at the desktop. Previously, labeling in Explorer was available in HTML formats. The PDF capabilities offer improved label printing and allow users to email labels to senders at other locations.

Neopost Loop One's product updates are generated in two ways: either by our company's ongoing development of innovative methods to improve the efficiency and lower the cost of shipping, or by actively listening to our customers' needs," said Brian Abbott, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Neopost Loop One. "Our new release of eShipping includes updates generated both internally and from our customers. eShipping's enhanced Address Import Wizard was driven by our technology team's ongoing process improvement developments. Many of our customers who have updated to Explorer 7 requested the PDF labeling capability, and we responded by escalating development of this new functionality."

Neopost Loop One releases updated versions of eShipping every two to three months.
