Tara Whitmore
When Tara Whitmore joined Neopost Loop One in 2001 as Controller, she was excited by the prospect of supporting the company's innovative software product and service offering, interacting with its wide range of international customers, and working in the dynamic atmosphere created by the company's dedicated team of employees. At the time, Tara had no idea that her enthusiasm for every aspect of the company would elevate her to a Vice President position within three years. Her current executive role and wide-range of responsibilities is a natural fit for her energy and passion for the company's leading-edge Web-based shipping solutions. Today, as Senior Vice President, Operations, Tara oversees every aspect of the company's operations — from finance, to human resources, to project management, to day-to-day operations.
When Tara joined Neopost Loop One, she brought a strong background in corporate finance to her role. After majoring in finance in college, she held positions of Controller at several software companies in Austin, including eCustomers and Evolutionary Technologies International. But she didn't allow herself to rest on her laurels. While working full-time, she re-entered college at night and acquired an MBA.
Tara's goals for Neopost Loop One include taking the company to the next level of success in its existing markets. In fact, she is helping to direct the company during one of its greatest periods of growth in product development and solution implementation. She's excited about the future potential and opportunities, and energized by working with "the best, most dedicated, and high-energy team of people I've ever worked with."
Tara holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas, Austin, and an MBA from Southwest Texas State University.

Jacob Stearns
Jacob Stearns' career in the Internet technology industry has been a wild ride. After rediscovering his passion for computers at the University of Texas in El Paso, he entered the business world in 1996 at the height of technology's late-20th century Internet gold rush. After a few years working in fast-growing start-ups, like Human Code and Adhesive Software, he landed at Neopost Loop One as a Senior Software Engineer in 2003. As other Internet-based technology companies across the country retreated or disappeared, Neopost Loop One was just hitting its stride, so this was a great decision.
Jacob immediately embraced his role in the development and project implementation of the company's Web-based shipping solutions in U.S., U.K, and France-based companies. Among his accomplishments, he developed an award-winning shipping solution for Parcelforce Worldwide, a major British shipping carrier. The shipping Web site was voted the best technology Web site in the U.K. by Royal Media Group's International Freight Weekly.
Brian W. Abbott
Brian Abbott's promotion to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Neopost Loop One in July 2006 was the natural progression in a life-long career devoted to the logistics industry. In his first job as a teenager, Brian worked in his father's transportation business, both on the warehouse floor and driving delivery trucks. It was there that he first learned the critical impact of shipping on companies' supply chain operations. This experience inspired him to study logistics at Ohio State University. After graduating, Brian pursued his passion in several companies, including i2 Technologies, where he worked as a Solutions Manager helping corporate clients deploy new technologies and processes to optimize their supply chains.
Brian joined Neopost Loop One in 2001 and has held a variety of positions ever since, including Director of Client Services. Always focused on helping the company's U.S. and international clients deploy Web-based solutions that streamline and accelerate their shipping operations, his current leadership role has put Brian in the perfect position to help clients achieve even greater supply chain efficiencies. As Brian looks toward the future, he is helping to plan and execute the company's development of powerful new features for existing products, and innovative new products and services. Every new development is being designed to achieve the company's fundamental mission: bringing greater productivity and higher profitability to the supply chain, where corporations can realize ever-new levels of shipping process improvement, which will impact their entire enterprise and give them a competitive advantage.
Along with product development, promotions, and hands-on client project support, Brian's wide-ranging responsibilities at Neopost Loop One also include directing teams and developing new employees, a role he fully enjoys. Professionally, he appreciates and depends on each co-workers' dedication to the company's mission and, personally, he values the camaraderie of his "intelligent and highly interesting" team members.
Jordana George
Jordana George accepted her position as Customer Implementation Manager at Neopost Loop One in July 2006, because the position met her two job criteria: working with great people and selling an exceptional technology product. She brought a wide range of experience in both to the position. Since 1983, Jordana has worked with a range of client services organizations.
Some of the positions she has held include Implementation Manager at ADP, Vice President of Operations at Clockware, and Director of Customer Support at the Walt Disney Internet Group. While at Disney, she managed customer operations for the company's Go.com portal, including 24/7 support of the search engine, online auctions, Web mail and other tools, and online communities for go.com, abc.com, abcnews.com, family.com, espn2.com, and various disney.com specialty interactive sites.
Jordana's responsibilities at Neopost Loop One include supporting existing client projects and the implementation of new clients' solutions. From her extensive background, Jordana knows the importance of focus to a company's success. So she's pleased that the company has a singular focus on one core competency: world-class Web-based shipping solutions.
Jordana has a BA and MFA from the University of California at Davis, and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
