The Neopost Loop One Customer Support Group works as your desktop shipping partner. We will guide you through the entire deployment and fully support its operation for the life of your shipping solution. You simply access your eShipping Service's powerful and intelligent shipping functionality from the convenience of your desktops. Our services include:

  • Configuring your shipping solution to your company's needs
  • Deploying and integrating the system securely across your enterprise
  • Maintaining the technology that runs your Web-based shipping service
  • Ongoing support for your Web-based shipping solution

Complete Customer Service Pre- and Post-Launch

Our Customer Support Group is dedicated to assisting and supporting our customers before and after the launch of their new Web-based shipping solution. Here are our pre- and post-implementation support services.


Pre-Implementation Support Services

Project Planning and Management. Neopost Loop One works one-on-one with each customer to establish a project plan for the implementation. We share our knowledge and experience to limit unexpected surprises during the launch. Additionally, we also can provide Project Management services if requested by customers.

Parcel Carrier Enablement. We enable our shipping solutions to work with your parcel carriers of choice. Our solutions do not interfere with your established relationships. They simply facilitate access to and use of your carriers' delivery services.

Train-the-Trainer Classes. Prior to implementation of the shipping solution, we ask our customers to designate an internal resource to become the in-house shipping "expert." We then provide this employee with Train-the-Trainer classes. They will then provide training in-house to other employees. We provide back-up support to the trainer every step of the way.

Pilot Launch. Before deploying the shipping solution to the general user population, we work with your designated in-house shipping expert to perform a pilot test with a controlled group of users. This provides builds the expert's confidence for the full enterprise deployment.

Solution Implementation. Typically the launch of a new shipping solution does not require on-site support by Neopost Loop One. However, on-site support can be provided upon request.


Post-Implementation Support Services

Front-Line Support. Typically, customers perform their own end-user support through their trained "Web-based shipping expert." However, front-line customer support can be provided by Neopost Loop One as an additional service.

Second-Line Support. Neopost Loop One will assign one of our employees to be your Account Manager, and they will be your single point of contact to handle any questions or problems that may arise. The Account Manager will have overall responsibility for the ongoing account management. A backup Account Manager will also be designated for this function to ensure continuous support at all times. You will have constant contact to one of these people through a phone number, a cell number, and an e-mail address.

Product Upgrades. New functionality releases are automatically made available to all of our customers directly on their desktops by Neopost Loop One.

Product Enhancement Requests. As companies' shipping requirements and corporate policies change, they often need new eShipping services. If you need eShipping enhancements, your Account Manager will work with you to define and prioritize your requests.
